The role involves providing bespoke services to our residence owners, ensuring a seamless and significant experience tailored to their personal preferences and lifestyle. This position demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a residential environment. Provide high-quality concierge service to residence owners, addressing their needs and requests promptly. Arrange local services including dining reservations, transportation, event tickets, and personal appointments. Act as a liaison between residents and property management for maintenance, security, and guest services. Maintain a deep knowledge of local attractions, events, and trends to provide personalized recommendations. Ensure confidentiality and privacy for all residents. Manage communications and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining.
