The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. They will collaborate closely with clients, lead a team of tax professionals, and provide strategic guidance on tax matters to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize financial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes for clients.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Review and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on tax-related matters.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Master's degree or CPA (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
  • Proven track record in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
