This is a great opportunity for an Accounting Assistant who enjoys variety in their day, cross-functional teamwork, and supporting both internal operations and external vendor relationships. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements; issue payments via check, EFT, and online platforms. Verify and reconcile accounting transactions; resolve discrepancies with the bank, vendors and internal teams. Maintain accurate ledger entries and file supporting documentation. Monitor vendor accounts, payment schedules, discounts, and credits. Support office operations by managing supply orders and inventory levels. Assist the Controller with projects, accounts receivable, and administrative tasks. Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and messaging. Skills and Qualifications: Detail-oriented, organized, strong data entry and math skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Great Plains Dynamics, QuickBooks Desktop; adaptable with new systems. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills; accuracy in data entry and solid math proficiency. Effective and professional communication with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Great Plains Dynamics, and QuickBooks; adaptable and able to learn new software quickly. Please email your resume for immediate consideration.
