looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our
team in North Plains, Oregon. In this role, you will leverage your
analytical expertise to drive impactful financial decisions and
support the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate closely
with executives to provide insights on forecasting, budgeting, and
financial performance. Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth
financial analyses to support business decisions and improve
profitability. • Collaborate with executives to develop accurate
budgets and forecasts that align with organizational goals. •
Evaluate customer profitability and pricing strategies to optimize
revenue. • Analyze the impact of tariff policies on product pricing
and provide actionable recommendations. • Prepare and deliver
detailed financial reports and presentations to stakeholders. •
Perform ad hoc analyses to address emerging business needs and
support strategic planning. • Utilize advanced tools such as
Microsoft Power BI and Excel for data modeling and visualization. •
Partner with distribution teams to assess financial performance
within logistics and global distribution systems. • Identify trends
and opportunities by applying data mining techniques to financial
datasets. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and

planning and analysis (FP& A). • Proven ability to work
collaboratively with executives and act as a proactive business
partner. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with
the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. • Experience in a
distribution or similar industry that deals with physical products.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc
financial analysis. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI and
Microsoft Excel for data analysis. • Strong background in logistics
and distribution systems. • Ability to analyze large datasets using
data mining techniques to uncover actionable insights.
