Job Description Job Description The Temporary Operations & Tax
Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our tax and
client?service teams during a high?volume period. This role focuses
on organizing and maintaining large datasets, tracking client
progress, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams
and external contacts. The ideal candidate is detail?oriented,
highly organized, comfortable working with complex spreadsheets,
and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and
professionalism. Key Responsibilities Maintain, update, and
organize multiple large spreadsheets containing tax?related
information for hundreds of clients Track and record the status of
each client throughout the tax preparation process Monitor shared
inboxes and manage email correspondence with clients, internal
teams, and external branch contacts Communicate with company branch
offices to gather missing information, clarify details, and ensure
timely workflow Assist with document organization, data entry, and
administrative tasks as needed Support tax and accounting staff
with operational tasks during peak workload periods Uphold
confidentiality and data?security standards when handling sensitive
client information Qualifications Experience working with large
spreadsheets; strong proficiency in Excel or similar tools
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to
prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast?paced
environment Comfort working with confidential financial or
tax?related information Preferred: Background or coursework in
accounting, finance, or tax Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent experience Ideal Candidate Traits Organized and
methodical Quick learner with strong problem?solving instincts
Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams Reliable, proactive,
and able to work independently
