HR@TTCARESOR.COM Position Summary The Payroll & Billing Assistant
supports day-to-day payroll and billing operations by accurately
processing employee time records, assisting with payroll
preparation, and supporting billing functions for services
provided. This role helps ensure payroll is submitted on time,
billing is accurate, and all documentation is organized and
compliant with company procedures. The Payroll & Billing Assistant
works closely with management, staff, and accounting to resolve
discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities
Payroll Support - Assist with processing employee timecards and
verifying hours worked. - Review timesheets for accuracy,
completeness, and required approvals. - Track missing, late, or
incorrect time entries and follow up with employees and
supervisors. - Enter payroll information into payroll systems
accurately and on schedule. - Assist with correcting payroll errors
and communicating updates as needed. - Maintain payroll files and
documentation in an organized and confidential manner. - Support
payroll processing using payroll software such as Paychex,
processing ganrishments. Billing Support - Assist with billing
processes for services provided, including tracking billable hours
and documentation. - Verify billing information for accuracy and
ensure required paperwork is included. - Enter billing data into
systems and generate invoices as needed. - Monitor billing issues
and report concerns or discrepancies to the supervisor. - Maintain
billing records and ensure files are up to date for audits or
review. - Assist with billing and claim submission through systems
such as eXPRS (as applicable). Recordkeeping & Compliance -
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and client-related
payroll/billing documentation. - Ensure payroll and billing records
meet company standards and applicable compliance guidelines. -
Support audits by gathering timesheets, billing logs, and
supporting documentation as requested. Communication &
Administrative Support - Communicate professionally with employees
regarding payroll questions, missing timecards, or corrections
needed. - Coordinate with supervisors or managers on scheduling and
payroll deadlines. - Assist with general administrative tasks
related to payroll and billing operations. Qualifications - High
school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree
preferred). - 1 year experience in payroll, billing, bookkeeping,
or administrative support preferred. - Experience using Paychex
and/or eXPRS system preferred. - Experience working with
timesheets, invoicing, or payroll systems preferred. - Strong
organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines. -
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (Microsoft Office,
Google Workspace, and/or payroll software). - Strong typing skills
and high attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality
with payroll and employee information. Skills & Competencies -
Accurate data entry and attention to detail - Time management and
ability to meet payroll deadlines - Professional communication and
customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part
of a team - Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies - Basic
math and recordkeeping skills - Familiarity with payroll and
billing systems including Paychex and/or eXPRS (preferred) Work
Expectations - Maintain strict confidentiality related to employee
pay and billing records. - Meet deadlines for payroll submissions
and billing requirements. - Follow company policies and procedures
for payroll and billing operations. - Schedule & Pay - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. - Pay Range: $24.00 – $34.00
