Position Description: As Office Administrator, you are responsible for the day-to-day basic activities of the NW 21st Portland office. This location hosts our Portland based Construction team, our Architectural/Design team and our general operations such as Accounting and Marketing.Main Role & Responsibilities:Greet clients, guests, trade partners, delivery persons and employees Answers phones and redirect messages by phone, text/DM and email Assist with meeting organization and coordination Order and restock supplies Check mailboxes; scan/sort/file/distribute Provide remote office support for our other locations in Dundee, Cannon Beach, Newport, and Bend. Tidy & direct cleaning crew duties. Maintain culture of fun seasonal themed d----cor.
