We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Building Services Technician. Pay ranges from $24.00- $25.50hr, depending on experience!The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. This position will have a strong focus on efficiently assessing and prioritizing daily work orders to be completed to a high degree of quality with exemplary customer service. This will require a jack of all trades, with a good knowledge of various skills such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cable box set ups /IT, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and be solution focused.We have 287 homes on our 18-acre property. We also have several separate buildings. Duties require this person to assist with general building services duties such as moving furniture, general maintenance, basic electrical work, painting, carpentry, drywall, painting or assistance with emergencies involving plumbing or other equipment.Experience working with older adults helpful. A positive outlook, ability to work with a team, energetic approach, and a genuine desire to provide quality customer service and five star hospitality are required.
