position supports general operations of our service department in a
variety of tasks to help the day-to-day pace of the dealership.
This may include but is not limited to the following
responsibilities. Requirements: Responsibilities: Install floor
mats and mirror hanger locator tags in all vehicles as they come in
for service Inspect for any vehicle damage that is present when the
vehicles come in for service. Record any noted damage on the repair
order Drive vehicles from the service drive to the proper area in
the service parking lot Deliver the keys and repair order hard
copies to the appropriate group leader's workstation immediately
after parking a vehicle Assisting Service Advisors with checking in
customers and their vehicles. Maintain the parking lot in a neat
and organized manner Keep the service reception area clean, neat,
and orderly at all times. Vacuuming and assisting in washing
process of customer vehicles. Check in Rental Cars. Various other
responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an
excellent customer experience. Skills / Items Required: To perform
this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactory. Valid Driver’s License Team player
attitude Customer service oriented Excellent follow through skills
Previous Customer Service experience Must be able to pass a
background check and drug test. Be able to lift 50 pounds. Be able
to be on your feet for long periods of time. Bilingual (preferred)
