Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This full-time Special Education teaching opportunity
is based in a K-12 school in Newberg, OR, with a contract running
through June 5, 2026. The role requires onsite presence and
provides a structured environment to support diverse learners in a
variety of settings. There are six openings available across
elementary and middle school levels, each focusing on different
specialized needs. Available positions include: Elementary
Developmental (serving 15 students with behavioral, ASD, and
communication challenges; supported by 6 assistants) Elementary
Behavior (Grades 3-5; 16 students; 5 assistants) Middle School
Resource (40 students; 2 shared assistants) Elementary Resource
(serving two sites 2 miles apart; 35 students; 1 assistant per
building) Middle School Behavior (15 students; 5 assistants) Key
qualifications and requirements: Active Special Education
certification or license valid in Oregon Contact information for a
recent supervisor reference required upon application Commitment to
work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week) Primary
responsibilities will include developing and implementing
individualized educational programs, managing classroom behavior,
collaborating with support staff, and maintaining clear
communication with families and school personnel. Experience
working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD),
behavioral challenges, and communication needs is highly valued.
