Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is
available to provide essential speech and language support for
students across K-12 settings in Gresham, OR. This role involves
working collaboratively with educators and families to develop and
implement individualized plans that address communication
challenges impacting students' academic success. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify
students needs Design and deliver targeted therapy sessions
tailored to K-12 students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
school staff to integrate strategies and monitor progress Maintain
accurate records and documentation in compliance with school
policies Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP)
meetings and contribute to goal setting Provide consultation and
support to classroom staff to promote communication development
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current
licensure from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language
Pathology Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage
caseloads effectively and work independently Commitment to
student-centered, evidence-based practice Location: Gresham, OR
