Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity invites dedicated Special Education
Teachers to support elementary students within structured and ERC
classrooms in Oregon City, OR. Both full-time positions focus on
fostering inclusive, supportive environments tailored to a range of
student needs from complex to mild-moderate disabilities. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to K-5 students
with diverse disabilities in either structured or ERC classroom
settings. Support social-emotional behavior regulation and promote
meaningful inclusion as students transition to general education.
Manage caseloads effectively: approximately 7 students in
structured classrooms or 36 students in ERC settings. Create and
implement individualized learning plans that encourage academic,
social, intellectual, and physical growth. Collaborate with school
staff and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student
success. Qualifications: Current TSP Teaching License required;
Special Education endorsement preferred. Experience working in
special education, particularly with a focus on social-emotional
and behavioral needs. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred to
better serve diverse student populations. Ability to maintain
organized caseload management and document student progress.
Location and Schedule: Positions are based in Oregon City, OR.
Elementary school setting serving grades K-5. Full-time schedule,
Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Contract duration
aligns with the school year calendar (EOSY). This role offers the
