Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) position is available onsite in Eugene, OR, offering an opportunity to provide leave coverage through June 12, 2026. This role supports the Lane Education Service District (ESD) Speech Language Services under the Special Education Service Area, which serves students with moderate and severe disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, and adjudicated at-risk youth. The position involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver specialized speech and communication services to enhance student success. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language pathology services to students requiring specialized support. - Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies, utilizing both low and high-tech systems. - Collaborate effectively with students, parents, educators, and related service providers. - Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards. - Participate in ongoing documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. - Oregon teaching license with Speech Impaired or Communication Disorder endorsement and/or Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license. - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. - Experience working with moderate to severe disabilities and augmentative communication systems is highly desirable. - Valid Oregon Drivers License. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary setting. - May require valid First Aid/CPR certification.
