Job Description Job Description Shift The shift is 12 hour
shifts 5PM-5:30AM Monday to Wednesday/Thursday and Sundays an 8
hour PM shift. Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible
for performing repairs and maintenance of all plant machinery and
facilities. Maintenance Technician Essential Job Duties Performs
installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of plant machines.
Performs routine inspections and minor repairs of all material
handling equipment. Performs all work in a safe manner. Maintains
storage and work areas in a clean and orderly manner. Minimum
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to
operate manual and automated machines. Ability to read and analyze
information. Ability to handle multiple complex tasks
simultaneously. Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
Knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance safety practices. Skill
in following work instructions (verbal and written). Skill in
communicating information and ideas so others will understand. Must
be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Skill
in accurately completing assignments on time and with attention to
detail. Ability to regularly lift 5 lbs. and occasionally up to 25
lbs. Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet
of the observer). Ability to understand and carry out detailed
written or verbal instructions. Ability to work different shifts
and weekends, as necessary. Preferred Qualifications High school
diploma and/or GED. One year experience in working in a
manufacturing environment performing maintenance technician job
duties. Working Conditions Constantly works in a manufacturing
environment without an HVAC system. Exposure to loud noise, which
requires hearing protection. Exposure to manufacturing environment,
which requires eye protection. Exposure to manufacturing
environment, which requires close toe shoes. Wages Salary range for
this role is $25.00-$45.00. General Description of all Benefits:

enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will receive vacation
based on their length of service as explained below. Employees will
receive sick time at the rate of one hour of sick time for every
hour worked. Employees receive 10 paid holidays throughout the
calendar year. Vacation accrual is as follows based on the
employee's length of service. 0-4 years accrues at 1.54 hours per
week worked with an annual accrual of 80 hours maximum. 5-14 years
accrues at 2.31 hours per week worked with an annual accrual of 120
hours maximum. 15-19 years accrues at 3.08 hours per week worked
with an annual accrual of 160 hours maximum. 20 years or more
accrues at 3.85 hours per week worked with an annual accrual of 200
hours maximum. General Description of Other Compensation: ConMet
provides a monthly wellness credit for up to $50 for eligible gym
or fitness related expenses. Participation (100% company paid) in
the ConMet/Amsted Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Annual
bonuses, if company financial targets are achieved. Tuition
