IMMEDIATE DIRECT HIRE ! Job Description As a Rework Technician, you
will utilize soldering equipment to rework components on circuit
boards, test for electrical continuity, and inspect PCBs for
conformance with IPC-A-610 standards. You will document quality
issues and collaborate with the engineering group for escalated
defects. Responsibilities Utilize soldering equipment to rework
components on circuit boards. Test for electrical continuity.
Inspect PCBs for conformance with IPC-A-610 standards. Document
quality issues and collaborate with the engineering group for
escalated defects. Essential Skills Proficient in soldering and
reworking components on circuit boards. Ability to identify
components based on a drawing or electrical diagram. Experience
with lead-free solder, both surface mount and thru-hole. Proficient
in electronic assembly and use of hand tools. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Previous rework experience with a wide variety of
board designs and layouts. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Proficient
computer skills. Experience working in an ERP system preferred.
