What We Offer Competitive pay with sign-on bonus Company-provided vehicle, fuel card, phone, and tablet Up to 3 weeks paid time off Full benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and certification (CFESA) Career growth into senior technician or management roles Year-round, stable work What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment , including: Cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) Refrigeration systems (coolers, freezers) Dishwashing and specialty foodservice systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems Work directly with restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens Use service documentation and maintain accurate inventory Follow safety protocols and promote service offerings Requirements Minimum: High school diploma or GED 1 year experience in: Commercial appliance repair HVAC or refrigeration Military technical service Valid driver's license with clean record Able to work on-call (nights/weekends) and travel occasionally Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces Preferred: EPA certification, CFESA credentials, or similar licenses Experience servicing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment Self-motivated and able to work independently Apply now to join a growing team that invests in your success.
