*Overview:*
We are seeking a passionate and experienced *Clinical Director* specializing in *Orthopedic Physical Therapy* to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional patient care, fostering a collaborative work environment, and supporting the ongoing development of both staff and clinic operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide *excellent individualized patient care*, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices, while fostering a positive, welcoming, and growth-oriented mindset.
* Oversee clinical operations to ensure *outstanding patient care, patient experience, and clinical outcomes* across the team of Physical Therapists and support staff.
* Uphold and embody the company's *mission, vision, values, and operational standards* in every aspect of the role.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to *develop comprehensive treatment plans* for patients, ensuring high-quality care.
* Maintain an *established schedule* with flexibility to accommodate daily clinic needs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation using EMR software.
* Work effectively with *support staff and other therapists*, promoting teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
* Actively contribute to *clinic growth* by engaging in marketing activities and participating in local events to promote the clinic and services.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*
* *Excellent work ethic, confidence, and independence*, combined with a positive and engaging personality.
* *Proficiency in technology* and ability to utilize it effectively in the clinical setting.
* Degree in *Physical Therapy* from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
* *State of Oregon Physical Therapy License* in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.
* *Advanced certification* (e.g., OCS, SCS) and/or specialty certifications are preferred.
* *Exceptional verbal and written communication skills*, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
* Strong *time management skills*, able to prioritize and manage tasks in a *fast-paced environment*.
* HIPAA compliant and knowledgeable in maintaining confidentiality.
* *Punctual, motivated*, and a *team player* with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
