Job Description:

Provides physical therapy and related services to patients,
ensuring quality care and positive interactions with clients and
facilities.
Performs patient screening, evaluation, develops treatment plans,
and manages discharge processes.
Supervises PTAs and Rehab Techs, promoting efficient resource use
and clinical skill development.
Builds and enhances the physical therapy program while maintaining
professional conduct and adherence to regulations.
Optimizes patient function through direct care and supervision,
ensuring compliance with state practice acts and policies.
Maintains licensure, stays informed on professional and healthcare
issues, and understands billing/payment models.
Adheres to infection control and safety protocols, and demonstrates
proficiency in English for documentation and communication.
Qualifications include graduation from an APTA-accredited program,
valid state licensure, and computer proficiency.
