Job Description:
We are seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based
ABA therapy with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans based on data
and client progress.
Train and support RBTs and collaborate with treatment team
members.
Conduct assessments, family guidance, and transition planning.
Qualifications include BCBA certification or imminent exam,
experience with developmental disabilities, reliable
transportation, and strong communication skills.
Physical requirements involve lifting up to 35lbs and mobility
activities.
