Job Description:
The LPN provides high-quality routine care to tenants under RN
supervision, following the Service Plan, Minnesota BON standards,
and tenant rights.
Assists in developing and updating the tenant--------s Plan of
Care, implementing prescribed interventions.
Monitors tenant health, reports changes, and evaluates responses to
care.
Delegates and oversees nursing tasks performed by unlicensed staff,
ensuring competency and clarity.
Supports tenants' physical, mental, and psychosocial
well-being.
Qualifications include completion of an approved nursing program,
current Minnesota LPN license, and CPR certification.
