Job Description:
Seeking a competent RN with 2+ years of Medsurg, Telemetry, and
Intermediate Care experience to provide independent, complex
patient care according to treatment plans.
Practices using the nursing process, assessing, diagnosing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents patient
information accurately.
Addresses psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs, providing
education to patients and families.
Demonstrates flexibility, can be assigned to multiple units, and
meets competency standards.
Ensures patient safety, quality care, and compliance with
regulations, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Maintains clinical documentation, manages medical equipment, and
processes orders efficiently.
Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (within
30 days). De-escalation training within 30 days.
Full-time position with TBD schedule.
