Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to
provide behavioral and therapeutic support to individuals,
primarily focusing on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
(ASD).
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
interventions to improve social, communication, and daily living
skills.
Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and analyze data to
ensure effective outcomes.
Educate and support families and caregivers, promoting consistent
behavioral strategies at home.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and
participate in team meetings.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards, maintain documentation,
and stay current with industry research.
Address crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and manage
daily clinical documentation.
Qualifications include reliable transportation, physical ability
for tasks, and in-depth knowledge of treatment modalities and
regulations.
