Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in
Middlesex, NJ to support individuals with disabilities across 12
states. Utilize best practices and ABA techniques to help youth
develop behavioral, social, communication, and self-help skills for
increased independence. Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
and develop and modify Behavioral Support Plans based on ongoing
data. Supervise support staff, including RBTs and behavior
technicians, providing training and ensuring plan implementation.
Collaborate with clinical team and program staff, participating in
evaluations and supporting successful community transitions.
Requirements include a Master's BCBA credential, RBT certification
if needed, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver--------s
