Description Manager Behavioral Health RN at Providence Milwaukie Hospital in Milwaukie, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Manages the Intervention Center Department to support the operation of 24-hour Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse services. Responsible for resource management, employee and customer relations, and operational standards. Performs evaluations and follows through with disciplinary action as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Health Care, Nursing or related field or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Staff and/or volunteer supervision. Change facilitation and process/system knowledge. Computer spreadsheet and word processing programs. Leadership skills to include conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, positive interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree or equivalent educ/experience Grant administration to include writing and submission of grant proposals. Why Join Providence?
