Reporting to our visionary Service Area Chief Executive (CE), the
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides leadership, direction,
planning, and oversight for our ministrys operational matters. As a
key leader, youll be instrumental in shaping the future of
healthcare delivery within the service area. What Youll Do:
Operational Innovator: Lead the daily operations of the medical
center to ensure top-notch quality, safety, caregiver engagement,
provider collaboration, and exceptional patient experiences.
Strategic Process Enhancer: Monitor, assess, and enhance
operational processes to exceed key hospital objectives and
metrics, setting new standards in healthcare delivery. Resource
Optimization Leader: Champion initiatives that boost resource
management, elevate care quality, enhance safety, and drive
stakeholder satisfaction. Financial Guardian: Manage budgeting,
staff productivity, key contracts, and operational accountability
across select service lines. Relationship Builder: Cultivate robust
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including
caregivers, core leaders, advisory council members, and government
officials, to create a cohesive leadership team. What Youll Bring:
Educational Background: Masters Degree in Health Administration,
Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related
field. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior
leadership roles within acute care hospitals or medical centers,
plus 7 years of progressively responsible leadership positions in
healthcare. Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of healthcare
trends and their implications for operational strategies.
Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of hospital operations,
patient safety, quality, financial management, and caregiver
engagement. Relationship Skills: Proven ability to establish and
nurture relationships with diverse groups and excellent
communication skills. Strategic Problem-Solver: Ability to involve
others in key decisions while ensuring timely resolutions. Values

and much more. Pay Range: $ 91.31 - $ 166.80 The amounts listed are
the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for
this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime,
premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
