Crisis intervention when appropriate - Knowledge of state and federal legislation for disabilities - Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with staff, students and families. - Lead collaboration and integration strategies. - Function as an effective member of the Multi-disciplinary Team. - Experience leading teams in manifestation determinations, functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans. - Ability to identify individual student needs and develop effective recommendations for the multi-disciplinary team.
