welcome. Well Life Medicine, a thriving independently owned primary
care and mental health clinic in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician
(MD/DO) to join our growing, multidisciplinary care team. We
welcome new graduates and offer the flexibility to design a role
that aligns with your interests—whether that’s leadership, program
development, mentorship, or part-time work. We can build the

right candidate. Outpatient only, no nights or weekends. Join a

innovation, and provider well-being. What You’ll Do - Provide
evidence-based, relationship-centered care to patients 18. - We
typically offer 30 minute appointments, but this is flexible
depending on your preference. - Perform well visits, chronic
disease management, acute visits and basic in-office procedures -
Deliver urgent care and same-day visits within your panel -
Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and psychiatric
providers - Use Athena EHR and Freed AI for efficient documentation
and accurate coding - Participate in case reviews, team meetings,
and continuous improvement initiatives - Optional: Mentor PAs, NPs,
or residents, develop new programs for our patients (non-controlled
med dispensing, diabetic eye exam oversight, at-home sleep
studies), or anything else you're interested in!
