Job Description:
Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients
and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a
home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of
treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age

Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or; Masters
Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or; Ph.D.
From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Within 30 days of
hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon
hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License. Washington
Occupational Therapist License (Vendor Managed) - if practicing

(HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000
caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a
year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate
living ministries across our seven-state footprint. HCC provides a
full range of services and support for people of all ages,
especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our
core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and

advancement. Pay Range: $ 49.98 - $ 69.29 The amounts listed are
the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for
this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime,
premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
