Seeking a full-time Palliative Medicine physician to join Providence Connections, an inpatient consult service serving the Portland metro area. A successful candidate will have completed a Hospice and Palliative Fellowship program, and be board-certified through ABHPM. The team of physicians, nurse practitioners, palliative care nurses, clinical social workers and chaplains work collaboratively around high-risk heart failure and other conditions with Providence Heart Institute, as well as with Providence Cancer Center.
