Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift,
12-hour shifts; every other or every third weekend required;
on-call for 1 low census shift per pay period Highlights: - 14-bed
LDRP unit with one OR onsite; daily census includes 1–2 labors and
5–8 postpartum patients - Level II maternity unit with Level I
nursery; care for patients 35 weeks gestation including gestational
hypertensives, pre-eclampsia, twins, diabetics, and TOLAC - Patient
ratios: 1:1 for active labor, 1:3 for postpartum couplet care
following AWHONN staffing standards - Epic charting system with 72
hours of orientation provided - Opportunity to float to multiple
facilities within the regional system based on unit needs - 13-week
travel assignment with structured onboarding and interdisciplinary
support services Requirements: - Current Oregon RN license (or
pending) - Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience;
candidates with 1.5 years may be considered if they have high-risk,
high-census unit experience - Current BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
certifications required; STABLE certification preferred - Epic
charting experience required - Ability to work independently on
night shift with strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
skills - Must have reliable transportation for this assignment -
Willingness to float between regional facilities as needed Why It's
