The RN House Supervisor at Providence Willamette Falls Medical
Center is responsible for overseeing nursing services and
coordinating the health care team during assigned shifts. This
leadership role requires an accredited nursing degree, an Oregon
Registered Nurse License, and charge nurse or leadership
experience. The position supports patient-centered care within a
comprehensive healthcare system emphasizing professional growth and

variable position. The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the
provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the
inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift.

from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Oregon Registered
Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association 1 year - Charge Nurse or leadership experience and

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
