Job Description:
Description LPN – Long Term Care at Providence Child Center in
Portland, Oregon. This posting represents a full-time night shift
position. Hours are 7pm-7:30am (3, 12-hour shifts), with rotating
weekends and holidays. Our Long-Term Care unit within the Child
Center has a total of 46 beds, serving both pediatric and adult
patients. We care for a unique and diverse population of medically
fragile individuals, ranging from children with complex
developmental and neurological conditions to adults with chronic
illnesses and disabilities. Some of our residents require long-term
ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and all require some
assistance with activities of daily living. Our team is deeply
committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a

caregivers having long tenures and deep relationships with our

Qualifications: Graduate of an approved school for practical
nurses. Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire. National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year - LPN

range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
