Registered Nurse (RN) | House Supervisor Location: Seaside, OR Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,435 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified House Supervisor RN in Seaside, Oregon, 97138! ID: 75349686 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Description: 1Y/1ST TIMER - RN House Supervisor - Req 9693Will position float between units: YesIs on-call required? NoAre weekends required? Yes Every Other WeekendAre block schedules required? NoWhat are expected ratios? Per Oregon LawSpecial requirements: Must have ED or critical care experience. Must be willing to cover meals and breaks in Medsurg, ICU, and ED. Previous House Sup experience preferred. Will be willing to take a caregiver who has had previous Charge experience and willing to work in different areas of the hospital.Are 48 hours approved: NoPLEASE NOTE- Must have a vehicle for this assignment! Please note, it s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside. If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
