Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Required Certifications BLS Certification, BLS is not required Shift Notes Mon- Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm, Yes, but willing to do 7:30am-4:30pm or a close variance. Additional Details Trauma Level Charting System Cerner Unit Notes 1. What is the shift? Mon- Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm, Yes, but willing to do 7:30am-4:30pm or a close variance. 2. 40 guarantee? Yes 3. Any need to have skills? Previous hospital retail experience would be great but is not a must. 340B contract pharmacy experience would be great as well but is not a must as well. Yes, would be great but not needed. 4. Required certifications? (e.g., BLS, pharmacy license, etc) Oregon Pharmacy Licensed Pharmacist. Yes, to those listed. The candidate needs to understand that they will be the lone pharmacist working with a tech and a pharmacy informatics RN in a "drug room" vs a hospital pharmacy.
