range 6 months - 21 years old, no neonates 100% pediatric
anesthesia cases General, ENT, urology, ortho, simple neuro,
dental, GI cases Ambulatory and sedation procedures included No
neonates, no trauma, no cardiac/vascular/thoracic cases PALS and
ACLS certification required Minimum 2 weeks per month ongoing
availability accepted Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel
and housing expenses Assignment details and time entry in online
