Job Description:
Stellar Living is seeking a qualified Health and Wellness
Director to oversee the health and wellness programs at our senior
living facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for
designing, implementing, and managing health services tailored to
the needs of our elderly residents, enhancing their quality of life
and ensuring their medical, physical, and emotional needs are met.
You will work closely with medical staff, facility managers, and
other departments to ensure that the highest standards of
healthcare services are maintained. Develop and oversee
comprehensive health and wellness programs for residents.
Collaborate with medical professionals and staffing coordinators to
ensure optimal resident care. Monitor adherence to health, safety,
and regulatory requirements. Lead a team of healthcare
professionals, providing training and development to meet facility
standards. Assess and implement new methodologies and technologies
that improve service efficiency and effectivity. Regularly review
and report on the effectiveness of health programs. Handle
emergency situations with promptness and care. Strong leadership
and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure Knowledge
of healthcare regulations and elderly care standards Proficient in
using healthcare management software Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified in Healthcare Compliance
(CHC) is preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) or similar credentials
advantageous.
