The PA will assist surgeons in the OR, manage pre- and post-op care, conduct ED consults, perform minor procedures, and provide patient education . The role involves shared call coverage and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality orthopedic care. Shift Timings: Full-time, day shift Shared call and occasional weekend coverage Local residency required; relocation may be supported Requirements Board Certified PA Oregon license (or willing to obtain) Inpatient orthopedic experience preferred Clean malpractice & recent NPDB report Benefits Base salary $160,000 Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 Relocation assistance if needed Generous PTO CME & professional fee support
