Every assessment, treatment, and consultation directly impacts
patient outcomes while strengthening the rehab team and community
care. What You’ll Do: Deliver skilled physical therapy in an
outpatient rehab setting. Evaluate, treat, and document patient
progress according to individualized care plans. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.
Occasionally provide specialized therapy based on department needs.
What You Need: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited
Physical Therapy program. Oregon Physical Therapist License upon
hire. BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of
hire).
