Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Echo Technician for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Echo Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/15/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Education & Certifications - Must have BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. - Must have one of the echo tech credentials: - RDCS?Adult OR - CCI RCS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) - Certification must be valid and appropriate for echo/cardiac sonography. Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in echo/cardiac sonography or related field. - Pediatric echo experience is required (echo tech must be comfortable with pediatrics and pediatric call coverage). - Hospital experience is required (not outpatient only). Special Skills / Technical Requirements - Experience with Epic EMR charting system preferred/required. - Ability to perform standard and advanced echo procedures such as: - 2?D Echo - Color Doppler - Bubble Study (Skills listed in JD reflect advanced imaging competencies) - Pediatric call experience (rotating weekdays and weekends). - Must be able to work 1:1 patient ratios (one tech per patient). Licensing - State license required for Oregon or applicable regulated credential for echo techs (as per local medical imaging requirements). (The JD mentions state licensure; most echo tech roles require a state sonographer license, though exact Oregon license use is implied.) Work Expectations - Rotating call coverage required — weekdays and weekends. - Block schedules are required. - Must commit to 40 hours/week with additional on?call responsibilities. - Must complete 40 hours of orientation prior to shift start.
