Night Shift CNA / Caregiver Role Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM As a Night Shift Caregiver, you’ll help ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the overnight hours. You’ll work with fewer distractions, clear routines, and a close-knit team—while making a meaningful difference every night. What You’ll Be Doing Overnight Peaceful Resident Care Assist with nighttime routines, personal care, and comfort needs with patience and compassion. Overnight Monitoring Check vital signs, observe sleep patterns, and report any changes to the nursing team. Safety & Security Ensure residents are safe, respond to call lights, and act calmly and quickly in emergencies. Mobility Support Assist residents who need help moving safely during the night. Accurate Documentation Maintain clear and timely records so the day team is set up for success. Quiet Companionship Provide reassurance and a calming presence when residents need comfort or support. Clean & Organized Environment Help maintain a peaceful, clean, and organized space for residents to rest comfortably. Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with fellow night staff and transition smoothly with the day shift. Meal Prep Support No cooking required—assist with prepping meals for the next day as needed. Requirements: Why Night Shifters Love Belamour Care Calmer pace & fewer interruptions Supportive leadership—even overnight Competitive pay: $19.00–$24.00 per hour Overtime opportunities Growth opportunities, raises, and company-sponsored training Meaningful work when it matters most What We’re Looking For CNA or HCA certification Authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position; no 1099s) Comfortable speaking and understanding English Reliable overnight availability Preferred: 1 year of caregiving experience To ensure a safe and supportive environment for our residents and team b ackground checks and pre-employment drug screening are required prior to employment . Benefits 401(k) with matching Health insurance Paid time off Schedule Details Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM 8-hour shifts (approximately 40 hours per week) Weekend availability On-call availability as needed Work Environment Senior living home/community setting with moderate activity and noise levels. Combination of office and on-floor responsibilities. Possible exposure to blood or bodily fluids (training provided for safety). Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and/or bend for periods of up to twelve hours per shift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to regularly talk, hear, and see. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment described here is an example of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. · Floor surfaces vary from hard surfaces to carpets. · Fast pace that are typical for a senior living home or community. · The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Other Occupational Exposure Exposure to blood/body fluids possible. Bloodborne pathogens require the physical abilities necessary to clean spills that may occur in this type of environment. Location Requirement Must be able to commute or relocate to Vancouver, WA before starting.
