Washington Family Medicine Locum Role ??? Community Health Center We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care at a community health center near Chinook, WA. This is a vital 3-month locum role (with extension potential) focused on serving a diverse patient population, from newborns to geriatrics. Schedule & Setting Start Date: December 8, 2025 Duration: 3 months Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Call: NO ON-CALL required. Volume: Manage up to 21 patients per day. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum primary care with a patient load of up to 21 per day Perform basic procedures: injections, IUD placements, minor wound care Collaborate with a medical assistant, mental health therapists, dietitians, and support staff Document all encounters using EPIC EMR Qualifications Board Certified in Family Medicine Active Washington medical license & DEA Current ACLS/BLS 2???3 years of relevant experience with a clean background EPIC proficiency required Spanish or Russian language skills a plus Join a compassionate, community-focused healthcare team and help make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in Washington.
