This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities across Oregon and Washington. The Safety Security Associate Officer will be instrumental in managing and implementing security measures, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with law enforcement to create a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and improve protocols. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders during any security incidents. Implement emergency response strategies and participate in emergency drills. Provide security training and guidance to new staff members. Maintain records of security incidents and resolutions. Assist in developing and updating safety and security policies. Knowledge of security systems and software. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism. Proficient in risk assessment and management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications.
