Job Description:
Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a compassionate and
skilled School Psychologist to join our team in 2026. Our ideal
candidate will be instrumental in supporting our mission by
delivering critical psychological services to students with diverse
needs. This role involves assessments, intervention planning,
counseling, and collaboration with educators and parents to foster
a supportive environment that promotes student success. Working at
Epic Special Education Staffing, the School Psychologist will
contribute to developing tailored educational plans and ensuring
that all students have access to the resources needed to thrive
both academically and socially. Conduct psychological assessments
and interpret results to guide educational strategies. Develop and
implement intervention strategies and Individualized Education
Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents. Provide
counseling and support to students facing emotional, academic, and
social challenges. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and
families to enhance student learning and emotional well-being.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address students'
educational and developmental needs. Maintain accurate records and
document progress. Promote awareness and understanding of mental
health and educational challenges within the school community.
Strong expertise in psychological assessment tools and techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation relevant to student
learning and behavior. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Capability to develop and maintain effective working
relationships with students, staff, and parents. Knowledge of
special education laws and practices. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state certification/licensure
as a School Psychologist. National Certified School Psychologist
(NCSP) credential preferred.
