Atlanta Gentle Dental is seeking a dedicated Traveling Dental Assistant to join our team. This position involves providing chair-side assistance to dentists across multiple clinics in the Atlanta area, facilitating a seamless experience for both the staff and the patients. Candidates will be expected to prepare and maintain dental instruments, manage patient records, and uphold the highest standards of dental care and hygiene. This role requires travel to different clinic locations, providing a dynamic workday that promises new experiences and constant professional development. Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment Take dental radiographs (x-rays) as prescribed Manage dental supply inventory and ensure equipment is maintained Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly observed Maintain patient records and document treatment procedures Travel to multiple clinics to provide support as scheduled Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure Strong organizational and anticipatory skills Competent in using dental software and x-ray machines Capacity for teamwork and collaboration with diverse teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred X-ray Certification CPR Certification
