Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Portland, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,520 to $1,680 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $38.00 - $42.00/Hourly. Summary: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive psychosocial assessment, counseling, and care coordination services to individuals and families. This role supports patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective treatment planning and positive outcomes. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment or care plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy within scope of licensure. Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other care team members. Assist patients with coping strategies, behavioral health support, and resource navigation. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), Locals accepted at lower rate.
