A Critical Access Hospital with a Level IV Trauma Center is seeking coverage. The practice includes one Nurse Practitioner working alongside a locum MD. - Clinic Setup: 2 exam rooms - Patient Volume: 12-15 per day - Procedures/Readings: Stress tests, EKGs, echocardiograms - Clinic Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, July 7-11 - Call Requirement: None - EMR System: EPIC - Required Credentials: Oregon medical license, DEA, Board Certification, BLS, ACLS
