Job Description Equity Staffing Group is currently staffing an
Infusion Pharmacist for on-site work in Bend, OR. This is contract
work with a Fortune 100 organization. Our client serves more than

Bend, Oregon 97701 Duration: 3 month contract to start, potential
for conversion to FTE Rate: $70.00/Hr Start Date: ASAP Description:
Sign off on prescriptions Respond to emails, support board of
pharmacy requirements Work the hours Ideal Experience: 3 years of
general pharmacy practice experience IV medication/or Home infusion
experience is a plus License: Must have active clear Oregon
Pharmacist License Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Dress Code: Business Casual
(casual days depending on site) Minimum Education : Bachelor's OR
