This role is pivotal in providing hands-on rehabilitation services to patients with injuries, disabilities, or other physical conditions. Our ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of physical therapy modalities and a passion for patient care, helping patients improve their mobility and manage pain at our state-of-the-art facilities across Oregon and Washington. Assess patient conditions by conducting physical and psychological tests Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history Implement physical therapy interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed Educate patients and families on treatments, therapy exercises, and injury prevention Maintain patient records and document patient care services Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maximize patient recovery and health Strong understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology Ability to operate and navigate physical therapy equipment and tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in creating and following through with patient care plans Capability to handle emotional and physical aspects of patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred
