different seasons. About the Clinician's Workday The clinician will
deliver comprehensive anesthesia services during structured day
shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, working five 8-hour shifts per
week. Primary responsibilities include providing anesthesia care
for general surgery, orthopedic, urological, OB/GYN, pediatric,
podiatry, plastic surgery, and endoscopy cases characterized as
bread-and-butter procedures. The position operates under an
autonomous CRNA model with call obligations including 1:4 weekday
call ratio and one weekend call requirement. Board certification
and prescriptive authority are mandatory for this role that
emphasizes independent anesthesia practice in a community hospital
