Description RN Manager - Heart Transplant and VAD at Providence
St. Vincent Medical Center. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day
Shift position. We offer an annual incentive program and a highly
competitive paid leadership time off structure. $10,000 Sign-on

day of employment. The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations

day-to-day clinic operations and supporting a multi-disciplinary
team in complex advanced heart failure care. The Nurse Manager will
collaborate with leaders across the continuum of care to support
process improvement and team collaboration. The Nurse Manager works
closely with the medical and surgical directors to support the
quality of care delivered, outcomes, patient experience, and
regulatory requirements. The Nurse Manager establishes an

strong caregiver engagement, wise use of resources, and

Degree Nursing. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License 5 years
Nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles. Preferred
Qualifications: Coursework/Training Formal coursework in
